It is really enthusiastic to work from home. In doing this you save time and money; money that would have been spent on dresses and time that would have been wasted in travelling and in addition you can adjust your work schedule according to the needs of the client. For this, it should be remembered that if you intend to work from your home, you should be disciplined as no one is monitoring you but you have to submit your work as it is in office.



Working from your home is going to be challenging and thus, you will have to plan your work schedule, according to the requirements. With everything written down and a reminder that the sooner you get to it, the sooner you’ll finish, you can certainly stay on track and chances are you’ll even learn to stop procrastinating ad finish early, giving you some extra time at the end of the day, week or month to do what you want. You can get overweight if you don’t follow a proper work schedule as you will have to time for maintaining proper witness.



Two biggest distractions for work at home are the fridges and the food cupboard because staying away from them is challenging. This is because you start to take junk foods in between work and do all sorts of things that are prohibited at home. However, if your goal is to work at home and stay healthy at the same time, you need to be as strict with your diet and exercise as you are with your work. Start by checking out some salad or BBQ recipes, then go to getting rid of all the junk food and replacing it with healthy snacks, so no more potato chips, candy or sodas. In their place you can stock up on fruit, crunchy vegetables, pita bread baked chips and a variety of herbal teas. It is not only the junk food that should be substituted with healthy foods. Instead of things white, start buying low carb bread, whole grain pasta, wild or brown rice. Add a nice selection of fish and you should be set for the week.



Just because you make better choices, doesn’t mean you can eat whenever you feel like it. You should always take a balanced diet that consists of menu of tree meals and snacks and you should enforce a strict portion control to say healthy. Just to exemplify, take a low carb bread and cottage cheese for the breakfast and after hat take a mid morning apple, followed by a grilled veggie stuffed pita bread with light BBQ Sauce, eat Greek yogurt with raisins, nuts and honey in the afternoon and finally end the day with vegetable and seafood risotto.



If you are taking smaller meals you will supply required energy that your body requires and with the help of proper exercising you can stay fit. If you are working from home your timing is flexible; this means you can go for cycling in the morning or start with yoga exercises in the morning and can also take a walk in the afternoon to refresh your mind? You don’t have anybody telling you that stretching by your desk is not appropriate, no one will be mad that you take a longer break to do Pilates or that you’re lifting weights during a phone conference, so you can get the job done, eat well, stay in shape and still have the time to spend with your family and friends, making working at home, if done smart, great.
