CP- Small Tables Make a Big Difference

sofa table

Unlike coffee and end tables which should go with the rest of the furniture, a sofa table can be completely different and stand out from the rest of the furniture. Depending on its design and where it’s placed, it adds to the depth of a room. A sofa table adds to the décor of a room with its stylish and slender legs.

While side tables look good placed in a nook or beside the sofa, a sofa table doesn’t need to be beside the sofa. You can place it behind the sofa or opposite the sofa.

A slim sofa console table when placed at the entryway which leads to the living room can be used to place the mail on entering the house, the newspaper or a bunch of keys.

I use a sofa table to keep a lamp and since there’s place next to the lamp, I keep some glossy magazines that add character to the living room.

Sofa tables come in a rich variety and in many finishes like in black or white oak, glass, wrought iron and many other. You can take your pick from sofa tables with shelves, with drawers for storage or just plain and decorative ones. Sofa tables with shelves can be placed in the living room, to place your favorite books attractively or other decorative pieces that you’ve picked up here and there. They’ll make for a great conversation piece.

Placed in a bedroom in lieu of night tables or in conjunction with them, a sofa table can be at the bottom of your bed where you can place books, magazines, medicine chest and other knick knacks so you can reach out for them easily.

Think of what you want to place on your sofa table and then purchase it for then you’ll never want to part with it.
