Weekend Cocktail - Baby Bellini

The famous Peach Bellini cocktail from Italy is made with champagne. With The Baby Bellini mocktail you substitute champagne with sparkling cider for a non-alcoholic drink.

Ingredients:

2 oz peach nectar
chilled sparkling cider

Preparation:

Pour the peach nectar into a Champagne flute.
Slowly add the Champagne.

Spring Fever Cocktail

This non alcoholic cocktail is the sweetest and most refreshing cocktail I've ever tasted and very simple to create.

• 
  3/4 oz lemon juice


• 3/4 oz mango syrup


• 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice


• 2 oz blood orange juice

Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and then strain into a tall glass half-filled with crushed ice.
