The Ultimate Young Skin Without Beauty Products!

The Ultimate Young Skin Without Beauty Products!

By Lucy Muchina

We all like it when a positive compliment is made to us. More so when someone compliments our looks and suggests that we look younger than our age. For most of us, these looks come with a price tag on them thanks to expensive beauty products. You can say goodbye to those expensive products and still get those amazing looks! The following tips have been found to be effective in giving you that look that so many of us work hard and pay for but end up frustrated by false promises.

Get it Right With Your Diet: Eating a healthy diet is the first step in giving your body the requirements it needs to build a healthy skin. Fruits and vegetables are an inexpensive way of providing your body with the necessary nutritional requirements for a good and healthy skin. Tomatoes have long been associated with youthful looks!

Drink water: Our bodies need water to perform several body functions. Drinking water makes your skin smooth and gives you that glowing look keeping your skin young. The opposite is true in that not taking enough water could lead to dehydration and this will show as dry skin. The benefits of water to our skin and our body are incomparable to the amount of money we spend on beauty products.

Lay off the booze: Drinking too much alcohol has been shown to have detrimental effects to our body. People get easily addicted to alcohol and this could lead to serious health problems. Staying away from alcohol or sticking to the minimum requirements is a huge benefit for the body and will certainly keep your skin young. Of course your pocket will benefit from this too!

Refrain from negative thoughts: This is easily said than done. How we all easily fall into this prey after we have had a bad day. The impact of negative thoughts on our bodies is huge. Too many people end up looking twice their age because they do not see anything good with life, beauty products are certainly not a remedy in such cases. Turning this around and thinking positively will produce hormones that keep our face shining with youth and radiance and is certainly good for our heart.

Think Young: It all in the mind. The power of the mind is such that what we think is what we end up becoming. This could show by our actions, for example what we wear, who we associate with or what activities we engage in. Why don't you turn the wheel by dressing young, engaging in youthful activities. Before long, there will be a congruence between your activities and your looks!

The Guide to Having a Soft and Smooth Skin

Author: Nicole Lundy

Every one wants to have a soft and smooth skin and the only way to achieve this is by taking care of our skin. Most people are having a hard time in keeping their skin healthy but the trut6h is, skin care does not have to be hard. You just have to follow a few simple rules and you will have a healthy skin eventually.

Beauty products help a lot in maintaining the quality of the skin. They are formulated to combat all the factors that make the skin dull and unhealthy. However, before using a specific product, it is important to check the product label. This contains information about the ingredients and you have to read this to know whether the product contains ingredients you may be allergic to. You should also check whether the product that you will be using matches your skin type. This is one important consideration in choosing a beauty product because if it is not compatible with your skin, your skin may dry up or breakouts may develop. The different skin types fall under four categories: dry skin, oily skin, normal skin, and sensitive skin. To address the problem of choosing the right beauty product, companies have come up with products that are compatible with the different skin types. You should be familiar to the ingredients that you should avoid. For example, people with dry skin should avoid products with alcohol as this dries the skin even more. People with oily skin should avoid heavy moisturizers because these can clog pores and cause pimples. It is also important to check whether the product is non-comedogenic. This means that the product does not block the pores. People with normal skin should still be careful in choosing beauty products because their skin may get irritated. Those with sensitive skin should choose products that are made for people with sensitive skin.

Aside from beauty products, you can also keep your skin healthy and glowing by living a healthy lifestyle. This means that you should watch the foods that you eat, exercise, avoid stress, and stop vices. This will not only give you a soft and smooth skin, this will also make your entire body healthy.

How to keep Skin Moisture in this Winter

How to keep skin moisture in this winter

Author: july

Temperature and humidity levels during winter can leave one with dry skin, chapped and sore because of the loss of moisture and oil. Dry skin is the effect of several factors such as harsh climate, strong detergents, poor diet and hot showers. Heated or air-conditioned air may cause skin to lose its moisture. Without moisture, the skin can harden and flake. The dry air, extreme cold, and harsh wind can dry the oil secreted by the sebaceous glands meant to lubricate the surface of the skin. Dry skin on face is also the effect of smoking and excessive sun tanning beds. The heat from these elements dries up the moisture that keeps skin healthy, plumped-up and youthful-looking. So if you want to solve this problem, please just stop wasting your money and time, follow these little tips and turn your face skin to the moist one!

Tip1: 8 Cups of Water Everyday

Not only your skin but your body need water indeed. According to scientific researches, 6~8 cups of water should be drunk everyday to keep us healthy. Increase your body's natural moisture level by staying hydrated throughout the day, you will be healthy and your skin will benefit from this.

Tip2: Say No to Hot Water

Do you have the habit of enjoying bathing for hours or showering in hot water in winter? Then you will probably feel your dry leg skin after your enjoyable hot bath. Don't take long, hot baths because this can exacerbate dry skin especially in the winter months. When you get out of the shower, gently pat dry your skin and then moisturize right away. Olive oil will help with your dry skin and shower in cold water before you finish can help to lift your skin.

Tip3: DIY Moisturizing Mask

Skin care producers always inform you that you had better use facial masks less than 4 times a week. But DIY moisturizing mask will help you. You need a tablet of paper mask, which can always be found in supermarkets or pharmacy, and mineral water. Put the wet paper mask on your face and remove it after 15 minutes. It's the easiest way to refresh your skin and it's the cheapest facial mask that really helps.

Tip4: Take Facial Spray with You

If you sit in front of a computer for 8 or more hours a day; If you frequently fly to another city; If you take a job that requires out-door work for hours everyday; then do care for your skin. Take a bottle of facial spray with you. 50ml bottle would be fine and easy to take. Spray your skin every 3~6 hours. Remember to dry your skin 15 seconds after you spray it because after that the moisture in your skin will go with the wind when the spray evaporates.

Tip5: Choose a Right Moisture Cream

Watering your skin is quite important but it's not the only thing. Without appropriate cream or lotion, your skin will quickly turn dry even though you spend a lot of time on watering it. Remember to choose a right moisture cream for you. Ginkgo Leaf Nourishing Cream is an easily absorbed moisturizer that renews your skin's elasticity and helps to reduce the appearance of split. By using it, your skin will feel nourished, rejuvenated and palpably softer.

Tip6: Eat a Balanced Diet

Eat a balanced diet rich in antioxidants such as vitamins A, B, C and E that fight off free radicals in the environment (unstable molecules that attack cells in our bodies and speed up ageing). Together these vitamins will help the skin repair itself, stay moist and produce the enzymes that stabilise collagen production.
