Oh I love this recipe!!! It actually very simple to make and so very sexy. The basil together with the lemon juice is what makes this recipe not only refreshing but so deliciously mouth watering. mmm good!!
Ingredients:
Cut the strawberries in half and place them in the bowl. Add 1/4 cup of water into the bowl with the strawberries, then add the juice of half a lemon and 3 tablespoons of sugar and the chopped basil. Mix all ingredients together. Finally drizzle 1 tablespoon of sugar on top. Cover with plastic wrap and let chill in the refrigerator for a few hours. Serve in lovely fruit salad bowls. Serves 4
