Planning to go gym? Wow!! That’s a fantastic idea to be fit and in shape. But, for a gym newbie it becomes quite difficult to understand gym etiquette and know about the gym necessities. If you are new to gym, then you probably want to know about what to take your gym everyday. Not to worry. Here is the list of a few basic things which you need to take your gym:

Workout clothes

Wear comfortable and breathable workout clothes. Wear clothes which wicks sweat from the body during your workouts. Stretchable clothes help in easy and free movements and also help you to perform better. The more comfortable your clothes are better you can workout.

Gym Shoes

With right pair of shoes, you can do wonders at your gym. Wearing wrong shoes will result in injuries, foot discomfort and ankle pains. Go for right fit and comfy shoes. My favorite brand for gym shoes is Adidas. These shoes provide awesome support and help you to workout well.

Water bottle

Staying hydrated is very important during your workouts. Running to the water cooler every time is not a good idea. So, it’s always good to carry your own water bottle every day. I carry a camelbak water bottle to my gym. This water bottle is leak proof and keeps water cool for hours.

Exercise mats

Exercise mats are very essential for comfortable workouts. It’s not good working out on a rough surface, this may cause joint or bone aches. A good exercise mat will grip the floor and prevent you from slipping. So carry a right exercise mat based on your workout needs.

Towel

We sweat lot when we workout. So carry a good workout towel which absorbs sweat and keeps you dry all the time.

Gym bag

Carry a good gym bag which is strong and has enough space to keep all your items like towel, mp3 player, cell phone and water bottle.

Carry all these necessary items everyday and workout comfortably. Happy workout!
