Columbus Day Cocktails

To celebrate Columbus Day I think Italian and Sambuca, Grappa and Dry Vermouth liqueurs are the ideal to flavor cocktails such as the Genoa. How about the Caribbeans? I believe so, therefore The Caribbean Devastator splashed with Rum liqueur makes a delightful cocktail to share with friends and family on this Special Holiday. Apricots are not in Season now but the Apricot brandy always is and along with the Gold Rum liqueur make a perfect pair in the Columbus Cocktail. Enjoy!
