Happy hour is known to be a fun hour with friends drinking cocktails, talking about our day either it was a great one or a sad one, one share jokes and everyone laughs basically we all end up being happy and we smile. I thought I'd share with my readers a few happy cocktails that are sure to add that extra smile on one's face. These cocktails are perfect for springtime and summertime. They can easily anticipate a dinner, be enjoyed at a party or barbecue or whatever the occasion be, it sure will bring out cheers of Joy!

2 oz brandy
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz honey syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a small martini glass

1/2 oz Beefeater® gin
1/2 oz Absolut® vodka
1 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
1/2 oz tonic water
4 - 8 oz orange juice
1/2 oz pina colada mix
1 whole egg



Pour gin, vodka, liqueur, tonic and pina colada into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Crack an egg and drop into shaker. Shake well and strongly. Pour the shaker contents (with ice) into glass and fill up the glass with orange juice. Garnish with two cherrys and a slice of lemon with puting it on the top of the egg foam so that it makes a happy face.

1 oz peach schnapps
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 1 oz ginger ale (canada dry)

Use a "In glass" for Happily Ever After drink recipe

Pour all ingredients into an old-fashioned glass, stir and serve.
Serve in "Old-Fashioned Glass" Garnish: No
