It's that time of year again, the US Open in NYC. I usually attend every year with my family, both my husband and son enjoy tennis. This year though they went by themselves and my son Kevin invited his best friend along with them. They left yesterday morning and came back home around midnight, they had a wonderful time and they were fortunate enought to see 2 daytime tennis games and one night time tennis game. Kevin said " It was wonderful and very exciting especially at night". He would love to go again, hopefully they will go again this Saturday. The above picture was taken by my husband during one of the daytime games.
The annual US Open is a fun event the whole family can attend, besides having access to ground admission for a reasonable price, you have the opportunity to watch practice tennis matches, real time live tennis, and if you are lucky enough to you can actually meet the tennis players and get autographs.
